Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $13.00 to $19.00, with an easily achievable commission structure that pays for every transaction processed. Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $7.07 per hour on top of the base rate.

Role Responsibilities
  • Foster a customer-centric environment, addressing customer issues promptly.
  • Assist in training and developing store staff.
  • Recruit top talent and manage store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory, and cash handling.
  • Analyze financial statements to meet goals and promote asset protection.
  • Ensure store standards and customer satisfaction are maintained.
  • Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
Minimum Requirements
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Effective supervisory skills and experience with firearms (certification required).
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Computer literacy, cash handling experience, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
