Lead Retail Worker, Globe Field

The opportunity

Delaware North Sport service is hiring seasonal Lead Retail Workers to join our team at the Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for directing and supervising the activities and performance of team members in your specific department.

$17.00 - $17.00 / hour

• Lead, motivate, and support Retail Cashiers
• Open and close retail locations as directed
• Train new Retail Cashiers on POS, merchandising standards, and customer engagement
• Assist retail management with the creation and maintenance of daily procedures and operations
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Regularly evaluate and maintain visual merchandising standards

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous experience leading in a retail space is preferred
• No experience or diploma required

• Long-term standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds
