Retail Merchandising Coordinator
Join our team as a Retail Merchandising Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a well-stocked showroom and assisting customers in finding the merchandise they need.

- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, helping them locate merchandise or directing them to a parts specialist when needed.
- Efficiently check in, price, and organize stock to ensure merchandise is readily available.
- Maintain an inviting sales floor by keeping merchandise fronted, fully stocked, and in adherence to company guidelines.
- Update displays and planograms as per corporate standards, modifying pricing labels and ensuring promotional materials are accurately displayed.
- Manage the removal of all sale materials post-promotion and restore original pricing.
- Participate in stock adjustments, cycle counts, and assist with overstock returns.
- Collaborate with management to accurately complete weekly inventory and merchandising tasks.
- Occasionally operate as a cashier or drive delivery vehicles as needed, ensuring compliance with driving eligibility requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to read, write, and match numbers accurately.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in stocking or merchandising.
- Capability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish.
