Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate

Hourly wage: $10.00 to $14.00. Commission structure pays you for every transaction processed; associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $1.43 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates in pawn store locations nationwide. The associate partners with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides. They greet, engage, and interact with customers, process sales, loans, and other transactions, and assist with customer inquiries and problem resolution. The role involves a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

• Greets and interacts with all customers to build rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Maintains a clean, stocked sales floor and displays merchandise.
• Processes sales and loan transactions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items per policies.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers.
• Works with all employees to create a positive customer experience.
• Completes assigned training.
• Assumes other related duties as assigned.

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform duties for extended periods of time, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
• May assist customers outside the building, on parking lots, or in exterior storage areas.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
