Sales Associate role responsible for generating sales by engaging with customers, promoting Pac Sun products, and supporting store initiatives. Work across Pac Sun’s brand partners including adidas, Brandy Melville, Essentials, Fear of God, and Pac Sun’s own collections.

• Delivers an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience.
• Focuses on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions.
• Handles customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempts to "solve for yes" and partners with leadership when dealing with escalated issues.
• Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Executes all visual directives and maintains visual standards set by the company and management.
• Supports high standards of organization and cleanliness, promoting a safe working and shopping environment.
• Upholds and complies with all company policies as outlined in the Policy Manual, Code of Business Conduct, Employee Policy Guide and Safety Program.
• Complies with all Loss Prevention policies, and communicates violations directly to the leadership team or via the Silent Witness Hotline.
• Shares customer feedback with leadership to improve overall experience.

• Stays current on all financial goals and priorities.
• Supports leadership team in achieving all sales and operational goals.
• Supports and executes all digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS.

• Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in math and computer skills.

• Frequent lifting and moving of up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 35 pounds.
• Frequent sit/stand for long periods and climb ladders as needed.
• Regularly required to talk or hear; sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach, twist, or squat.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom, and office areas.
• Visual abilities: close vision, distance vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
• Travel may be required for SM and above roles only.

This is a part-time position. Ability to work 20-40 hours per week is required. Flexibility with work schedule, including weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods, is required.
