Store Parts Professional

Napa Auto Parts -  - Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and courteous service to customers over the telephone, in the store, or in the dealer’s shop;
Look up parts applications in catalogs or POS system;
Process orders for customers with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and courtesy;
Advise customers on how to best meet their needs and handle technical questions;
Maintain POS computer abilities and learn catalog/system usage; apply pricing methods and loss-prevention controls;
Assist and advise store personnel and provide sales support functions;
Maintain store appearance and displays;
Participate in training as needed and required
