Position Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Area Manager (AM) to lead a retail team, ensuring top‑level customer service and store performance. The AM works with the store manager to manage daily operations, coach staff, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Assist the store manager in running day‑to‑day operations to maintain high store performance.
• Own the store’s day‑to‑day operations and make decisions that drive results.
• Coach and evaluate employees, helping team members improve performance.
• Ensure customers receive the ultimate experience through service and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized store environment.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Open availability during weekends.
• 4 years of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• 1 year of management experience (preferred).
• 3 years of cashier experience (preferred).
• Experience selling athletic shoes a plus.
• Dynamic, outgoing, and driven with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and coach skills.
• Motivated self‑starter who can set own schedule and goals.

Pay Range: $16.00 – $16.00 per hour.
