Position: Specialty Team Leader (Beer, Wine, Cheese & Chocolate Department Manager)
Whole Foods Market -  - Responsibilities:
Provides overall leadership to the Specialty team and daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, and compliance.;
Leads and develops Associate Team Leaders and Team Members; oversees hiring, development, corrective actions, and separations.;
Ensures excellent customer service and adherence to standard operating procedures.;
Maintains product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control; ensures cross-merchandising and planograms.;
Monitors sales, margin, expense, and labor targets; enforces regulatory rules and safety standards.
