Game Stop - 2540 East Arkansas Lane, Ste 106 - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions/concerns, assist with gaming needs, inform guests of promotions, and thank guests for shopping.;
Promote and support guest benefits programs (e.g., reservations, trade-in, Pro Rewards).;
Assist Store Manager with setting guest service expectations and training store associates on policies and procedures.;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager; provide feedback and recognition on performance.;
Oversee store operations including scheduling, inventory control, POS transactions, bank deposits, and ensuring the store environment is clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
