We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will showcase our product and services through impactful presentations and demos, build strong client partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Your efforts will play a critical role in executing our growth strategy and achieving our sales targets.

Responsibilities- Own a $750K annual sales target
- Manage a complex sales cycle while orchestrating cross-functional internal teams
- Establish inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Identify promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests
- Prospect new and current accounts to build a robust pipeline and achieve revenue targets
- Develop deep understanding of the marketplace and value drivers to identify opportunities and provide feedback on enhancements to solutions
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in the US market; preferably in a Media Analytics, Product/Consulting, or Market Research environment
- Willingness to travel frequently within the US
- Documented history of achieving sales quotas
- Functional expertise in media monitoring, social media insights, measurement and research services
- Self-reliant, resourceful BD person with a consultative selling approach
- Experience pitching and closing deals at the C-suite level (VP/CMO/CCO)
- Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong leadership, sales planning, budgeting and forecasting skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors in Marketing/Business; MBA preferred
