Centrally located near Washington, D.C., just minutes from Reagan National Airport, this hotel sits in the heart of the National Landing neighborhood. It offers 393 guestrooms and 25,000 square feet of versatile meeting space.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sales skill set as a current Hotel Group Sales Manager or a highly seasoned Sales Coordinator. This individual will possess a solid understanding of hotel group sales processes and market dynamics, be highly motivated, and show a consistent history of positive sales performance. The candidate should be driven, results-oriented, and excel at aggressive prospecting to successfully achieve and exceed sales goals.
Shift Pattern: Full Flexibility is a must. Office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, but flexibility is essential to accommodate varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, for our convention group clients.
Salary Range: $70,000-$72,000.00 annually and will be aligned with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. This role qualifies for participation in the Hilton Sales Incentive plan.

What will I be doing?
The sales office in a hotel is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is a true launching pad for those who aspire to grow their careers in hospitality.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Research, solicit and generate new leads for group opportunities through database research and proactive sales efforts, maximizing new room revenue streams, to meet and exceed lead generation goals.
Represent the hotel in the development of market segment(s) and new customer relationships while maintaining existing relations with assigned accounts. Consistently strives to maximize revenue and profitability for all hotel revenue streams.
Develop a business strategy by analyzing historical, current and future hotel and market trends, implementing marketing initiatives to capture the maximum amount of lead revenue to meet and exceed sales goals.
This role requires strong sales, communication, and networking skills. The ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and then apply a disciplined approach to qualify, negotiate and secure new revenue for the hotel.
