ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Telemarketer / Lead Transfer Specialist, your primary responsibility is to call provided leads
, engage prospects, and generate a minimum of 6 qualified live transfers per day to licensed Sales Producers.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on high call volume
, understand repetition, and are unfazed by rejection.

If you've worked in telemarketing or high-volume outbound calling
, this role will feel familiar.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make a high volume of outbound calls using provided leads
• Engage prospects quickly and professionally
• Qualify interest and intent before transfer
• Deliver live transfers to licensed Sales Producers
• Maintain strong call discipline and pace
• Follow scripts while adapting tone and flow naturally
• Log call outcomes accurately in CRM
• Stay consistent regardless of rejection or objections

Telemarketing experience is strongly preferred.

Insurance experience is not required.
