About the Role:

The Plumbing Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities within the plumbing sectors. This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, facility managers, and other key decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. The representative will be responsible for presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Success in this role directly impacts the company’s market presence and revenue generation in the United States. Ultimately, the role demands a combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and excellent communication skills to effectively promote plumbing and HVAC products and services.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the plumbing or related mechanical systems industries.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing products, systems, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territories across the United States as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, to better serve diverse customer bases.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plumbing market through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate potential clients on the features and benefits of plumbing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals effectively.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as technical support and logistics to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
  • Track sales activities and report on progress against targets using tools and sales reports.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes affecting plumbing sector.
Skills

The required skills enable the sales representative to effectively communicate complex technical information about plumbing products to a variety of clients, ensuring they understand the value and application of the solutions offered. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust and closing sales agreements that benefit both the customer and the company. Pay

Compensation with be competitive base salary plus commissions, to be determined based on experience.
