AOM Infusion is looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Arlington, TX office.
Position OverviewThe Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist supports the Sales and Marketing teams by helping produce and administrate CRM operations, events, sales reporting, market analytics, and sales enablement tools. This role partners closely with sales leadership to deliver key tools to the sales team, improve efficiency, enhance marketing materials and events, and execution across growing markets.
Key Responsibilities- Support and complete projects relating to Sales Operations and Marketing alongside and reporting to the Sales Operations and Marketing Director.
- Work with Sales Operations and Marketing Director, and Sales Leadership (CSO, Area Sales Directors, etc.) to deliver sales tools, reporting, materials, and other administrative items to sales reps.
- Must be willing to learn a variety of cross-functional tools and tasks, being able to deliver projects based on needs identified by sales leadership.
- Plan, Manage, and execute all aspects relating to sales facing conferences and events (Planning, registration, shipping, payment, budgeting, travel*).
- Track value/ return on investment of conferences and events.
- Following roll-out of our new CRM - Oversee daily administrative tasks within Trella CRM (Account management, account assignment, data cleaning, territory alignments, training and equipping sales reps).
- Assist with planning, purchasing, and shipping of Marketing collateral and materials to the Sales team.
- Support creation of reports for Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Sales Performance reporting utilizing internal data sources and tools.
- Assist with Sales Lead targeting using external data to help identify key targets for Sales reps in different markets.
- Use internal and external data sources to identify and track market trends by Sales Rep, Sales Region, Therapy Type, etc.).
- Collaborate with leaders from other departments (Clinical, pharmacy, accounting, etc.) to get input on various sales operations and marketing projects.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support team and organizational objectives.
- 2+ years of experience in the areas of Sales Operations/Business Operations/Marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in business (Can be in data, marketing, management, etc.).
- Must be experienced and comfortable with data analytics and the associated tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Ability and willingness to learn and utilize multiple industry/company specific business intelligence tools.
- Self-motivated, and willing to balance multiple different business roles depending on current needs of Sales Leadership/Sales Team.
