Job Overview

This role is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The position involves accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions and building relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience.
  • Manage cash responsibilities.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry, products, and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Preferred proficiency in Vietnamese or Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s degree or business‑related associate degree (business management, business administration, or finance).

Minimum Education Requirement

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Working Hours & Shift

1st shift (United States of America) – 40 hours per week.

Pay

Hourly rate $25.00 – $27.88, based on experience, education, and skill set. Salary and incentive components are not applicable.
