How You Will Contribute
  • Seek out new accounts and service existing accounts for the agency by helping clients choose warranty setups that best suit their needs.
  • Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
  • Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs, the physical condition of the person or property, and to discuss existing service plan coverage.
  • Select a company that offers the type of coverage requested by the client.
  • Ensure that plan requirements are fulfilled, including completion of appropriate forms.
  • Call on F&I Managers in RV and Auto dealerships to explain plans, analyze and suggest additions or changes to their selling technique.
  • Explain necessary bookkeeping requirements for dealers to implement the program.
  • Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on a policy.
  • Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are settled equitably for both client and insurer.
  • Attend meetings, seminars, and programs to learn about new products and services, develop new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
  • Train dealers on sales and F&I processes as needed.
  • Attend trade shows to promote company lines of business.
Licenses & Certifications
  • License or designation required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum education:

    High school diploma.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline (preferred).
