Job Title: Home Services and Energy Sales Coordinator
Location: 5 days In-office – candidate must reside in Waco and this person may travel to Waco, Austin and Temple areas. This is a standard weekday schedule
Position: Sales/Customer Service Representative-Realtor office
Position Type: long-term contract to possible perm.
Compensation: $23/hr + Commission (first year can be $60k-$70k total, 2nd year OTE pay increases)
Eligibility: Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates

Asa Customer Service /Sales Representativeyouwillbuildandmaintainface-to-facerelationshipswithrealtorsatassignedrealestateandbrokerofficestoprovideclient/customerserviceandmarket

Youwillbeprovidedwithtrainings,amentor,IPad,workphone,andlaptoptomeetdailyandmonthlymetrics,developreferralnetworks,anddriverevenue!
Project Details:
- Develop and maintain a referral network of Realtors.
- Execute sales strategies and tactics for designated clients.
- Educate and enroll customers in electricity products and complementary energy programs.
- Attend internal and Realtor partner meetings/events to promote products.
- Analyze customer information to match the best product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies.
- Travel to Realtor offices to develop and nurture business relationships.
Must Haves
- 2–5 years of RECENT sales experience
Skills:
- Strong communication with selling, marketing, or customer service skills.
- Must have experience making outbound calls from a lead list.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Strong work ethic and goal-oriented.
Desired
Skills:
- Outgoing personality, confident and professional while having HIGH energy.
- Persistent and competitive, with a passion for closing sales.
- Ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Bilingual speakers are a plus.
