You’ll meet customers who are already in-market, guide them through a clean buying process, and help them make a confident decision.

• $60,000-$150,000+ income potential
• Traffic:
  Strong volume from showroom walk‑ins, internet leads, and phone calls
• Support:
  Structured training and daily coaching
• Growth: A clear path to leadership for top performers
• Engagement:
  Strong management support (we’re on the front line with you)
• Stability:
  Full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision), 401(k), and PTO

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driving History: A clean driving record and a valid Texas driver’s license.
• Screening:
  Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screening.

• Competitive, self‑driven individuals.
• People who are coachable and consistent.
• Those who want more than just an hourly job.
• Sales experience helps (any industry), but it’s not required.

• Manage Connections:
  Act as the point of contact for in‑person, digital, and phone customers.
• Demonstrate Value:
  Showcase Volkswagen vehicles and explain their features.
• Guide the Deal:
  Lead customers through options and the final purchase.
• Build a Book:
  Follow up and build repeat and referral business.
