Insulation Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities

We are hiring two Outside Sales Associates: one focused on insulation and other essential product sales, and one focused exclusively on gutter sales.

Key responsibilities include:

• Act as a business representative for the insulation and building products distribution division, as well as the gutter division, aggressively growing sales and promoting the brand.
• Build strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity within your territory.
• Deliver excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Use computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements.
• Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.

Entrepreneurial mindset, motivational drive to win, personable, enthusiastic, and engaging.

Minimum 18 years of age; valid driver's license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

• 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Comprehension of construction drawings.

This is a safety-sensitive position.

• Flexibility to cover a territory with a 250-mile radius.
• Up to 75% of the region may require overnight stays as needed.

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
