A growing, fun, and fast-paced Farmers Insurance agency is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time In-Office Data Entry / Quoter!

What Youll Do- Input and manage lead data accurately
- Build insurance quotes for prospective clients
- Assist with customer onboarding and policy support
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records and client information
- Help support the sales team and agency growth
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflows
- Assist with follow-up tasks and customer service support
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and professional work ethic
- Previous administrative, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus

- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Document each customer contact in eAgent.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred.
Must be willing to obtain licenses within 90 days.
