Business Development Manager — People Source Staffing | DFW Market

We're looking for a hunter who gets that. Someone who wants to win new business and understands that every contract they close puts real people to work.

The opportunity:

People Source launched in DFW four years ago and hasn't looked back. We're growing fast in light industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse staffing — and there's significant market share left to capture. This role is your chance to own a territory, build something, and be well-compensated for doing it.

What you'll do:
  • Build and own a new business portfolio from the ground up — cold outreach, networking, referrals, and everything in between
  • Develop relationships with operations leaders, HR directors, and C-suite decision-makers across target industries
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Manage your pipeline in Avionté and partner with our recruiting team to make sure clients are retained, not just closed
  • Identify gaps in our market coverage and bring a strategy to fill them
What we're looking for:
  • 3+ years of outside sales or business development experience, ideally in staffing, workforce solutions, or a related B2B services field
  • A track record of opening new accounts — not just managing existing ones
  • Comfort engaging with senior decision-makers and navigating longer sales cycles
  • Strong pipeline discipline and CRM habits
  • Someone who wants to grow — in earnings, in skill, and in responsibility
  • Someone who wants to be paid well for what they produce
What we offer:
  • Uncapped commission
  • On-target first-year earnings: $90,000 – $105,000+
