The opportunity:People Source launched in DFW four years ago and hasn't looked back. We're growing fast in light industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse staffing — and there's significant market share left to capture. This role is your chance to own a territory, build something, and be well-compensated for doing it.
What you'll do:- Build and own a new business portfolio from the ground up — cold outreach, networking, referrals, and everything in between
- Develop relationships with operations leaders, HR directors, and C-suite decision-makers across target industries
- Manage the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Manage your pipeline in Avionté and partner with our recruiting team to make sure clients are retained, not just closed
- Identify gaps in our market coverage and bring a strategy to fill them
- 3+ years of outside sales or business development experience, ideally in staffing, workforce solutions, or a related B2B services field
- A track record of opening new accounts — not just managing existing ones
- Comfort engaging with senior decision-makers and navigating longer sales cycles
- Strong pipeline discipline and CRM habits
- Someone who wants to grow — in earnings, in skill, and in responsibility
- Someone who wants to be paid well for what they produce
- Uncapped commission
- On-target first-year earnings: $90,000 – $105,000+
