We’re currently looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our high-performing sales team. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or someone looking to launch a career in the automotive industry, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

Full‑time total annual compensation between $60,000.00 - $; including 15‑20% commission on Front Payable Gross and $250.00‑$1,050.00 bonus potential based on tiered qualifying monthly performance, subject to terms of pay plan. Continuous free training in sales and leadership. We have a promote‑from‑within culture. No automotive sales experience required! Huge potential for motivated individuals!

• Paid Time Off (PTO):
  All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full‑time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full‑time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

• Greet and assist customers looking to purchase pre‑owned vehicles
• Build rapport and qualify customer needs
• Present, demonstrate, and sell quality used vehicles
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up‑to‑date on inventory
• Follow up with leads and past customers
• Guide buyers through the vehicle purchasing process with transparency and integrity
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
