Description:
With a ‘One Team’ mentality, promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow‑up with customers. Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why Puro Clean® is the best cleaning and restoration company.
Meet or exceed established sales goals. Customer base is diverse and new customers are routinely added. A Puro Clean Marketing Representative takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world‑class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.
- Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence
- Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective‑to‑objective marketing
- Build, maintain and service a ‘top 25 client’ list, provide lunch and learns and promote continued education courses.
- Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the Puro Clean business.
- Understand, adhere to and promote safety and guidelines while in the office and traveling
- Building brand awareness, promoting the ‘One Team’ culture and having a genuine willingness to make a difference in your community through service.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people. Asking open‑ended questions and delivering the brand ‘message’.
- Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win‑win situations and support the business.
- Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes and community events in a group setting
- Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines. Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales‑based setting.
