We run on Service Titan and have a steady flow of inbound work from Google Local Services Ads, Facebook marketing, and referrals. Now we're investing in growth — expanding our commercial and recurring book of business with facilities maintenance companies, restaurants, and multifamily residential properties. This is a chance to own the sales function at an established company with real lead flow and clear room to grow.

The Role

We're hiring an outside sales representative with electrical know-how to own every incoming lead and turn it into booked, profitable work — while building new commercial relationships that grow our recurring revenue. You'll work out of our office but spend much of your time in the field: traveling to customer homes and businesses in a company van (with a fuel card provided) to assess the job, quote it on-site, and close it face‑to‑face.

Quoting in person is how we win, so we strongly prefer it — but if you're skilled enough to scope and close certain jobs from the office, that works too. The ideal candidate knows the trade well enough to scope work accurately and is energized by selling, following up, and winning new accounts.

What You'll Do
  • Respond quickly to every incoming lead from Google Local Services Ads, Facebook, our website, and phone, and own each opportunity from first contact through close.
  • Travel to customer homes and businesses to assess electrical needs on-site and present accurate, professional quotes in person (some jobs may be quoted from the office where appropriate).
  • Lead and improve our quote-to-close rate — follow up consistently, handle objections, and turn estimates into signed jobs.
  • Build new business relationships and add new clients, with a focus on facilities maintenance companies, restaurants, and multifamily residential properties.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline in Service Titan — log every lead, estimate, and follow-up, and keep records accurate and current.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with every lead and customer, by phone, email, and in person.
  • Coordinate with field technicians to schedule work and ensure quoted scope and pricing are accurate and deliverable.
  • Track conversion rates and report on lead sources, close rates, and revenue so we can keep improving marketing and sales.
What You Bring

Required

  • Hands‑on electrical experience — enough to accurately scope and estimate residential and light commercial electrical work.
  • Service Titan experience (managing leads, estimates, and the sales pipeline).
  • Proven ability to sell, follow up, and close — comfortable asking for the business.
  • Strong communication skills with all types of customers, in person and over the phone.
  • Self‑motivated and organized, with the drive to chase leads and build relationships independently.
  • Valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record (a company van and fuel card are provided for daily travel to job sites).

Preferred

  • Existing relationships with facilities maintenance companies, restaurants, or multifamily/property management clients in the DFW area.
  • Texas electrical license (journeyman or master) or equivalent field credentials.
  • Experience converting Google Local Services Ads and/or Facebook marketing leads.
  • Background in B2B or outside sales within the trades or home services.
