As a member of our Direct Sales team, you’ll help strengthen the personal connection that drives success for our clients.

This is a 100% commission‑based opportunity with residual income—perfect for those who want to control their time and earnings.

What You’ll Do
  • Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
  • Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
  • Close deals and earn activation bonus, monthly commissions, and long‑term residuals.
  • Work independently with full support and training.

You Are
  • A natural communicator and closer.

Compensation

Commission‑only residual model with portfolio ownership. Health benefits, 401(k) match, and other standard W2 employee perks are included.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of business‑to‑business outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.

  • Self‑source leads through cold‑calling, prospecting, and networking with a hunter mentality.
  • Alignment with Xplor’s four core values and a positive, human‑first attitude.
  • Remote eligibility with the ability to operate within your region’s field.
