Wholesale Branch Sales Representative - HVAC Products

Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a premier national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, parts, and supplies, serving a B2B market through licensed HVAC dealers and contractors across 28 states and beyond. CE is seeking a Wholesale Branch Sales Representative to grow sales of our product line to assigned accounts.

The Wholesale Branch Sales Representative reports to the Branch Sales Manager and focuses on increasing sales through technology, market research, and relationship building. The role offers performance-based bonuses and incentives.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales potential.
• Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
• Identify growth opportunities for assigned and new accounts.
• Assist branch sales associates with opportunities as needed.
• Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions to maximize customer engagement.
• Participate in account reviews.
• Provide input to Wholesale Management and Product Management on product stock and level needs.
• Mentor branch sales associates on sales skills.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Learn and utilize internal industry-leading technology offerings.
• Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning.
• Perform recruiting efforts to grow the account list.
• Travel occasionally for training sessions, meetings, or other work-related activities.
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exhibit a high level of energy, motivation, and strong work ethic.
• Operate proactively and resourcefully in an autonomous environment.
• Demonstrate results-oriented, detail-oriented, and team-oriented focus.

• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses excellent organizational skills.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
