Our client is a family-owned U.S. Manufacturer of industrial hardware and engineered mobility products recognized for delivering innovative, high-quality solutions to OEMs, distributors, and other industrial customers across a variety of markets. The company specializes in engineered products and customized manufacturing solutions while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service and American manufacturing. They are seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to support distributors, OEMs, purchasing agents, and industrial customers.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in inside sales support or customer service within an industrial manufacturing environment who enjoys supporting customers, processing orders, preparing quotes, and serving as a trusted resource. • Serve as a primary point of contact for distributors, purchasing agents, OEM representatives, and end users.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Cross-reference part numbers and identify appropriate replacement or alternative products.
• Prepare quotes and pricing information.
• Coordinate with inventory and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and delivery status.
• Provide product support and technical assistance to distributors, OEMs, purchasing agents, and industrial customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order-related issues and support accurate, on-time customer deliveries.
• Maintain customer account information and order records.

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, customer success, or order management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting distributors, OEMs, purchasing agents, and industrial customers.
• Experience processing customer orders, preparing quotes, and managing order fulfillment.
• Experience cross-referencing part numbers and identifying replacement or alternative products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Base salary in the 60k - 70k/year range plus bonus.
