Market Manager needed for immediate full‑time leadership position. You will manage a team of Representatives, train, coach and mentor them on qualifying customers, building brand awareness, product knowledge, customer enrollment techniques, and support retail operations.

• Oversee management of multiple enrollment events within the market.
• Coordinate event staffing and setup.
• Motivate sales reps to engage with consumers about household services.
• Qualify customers, offer service options, and coach reps to uncover consumer desires, deliver solutions, and overcome objections.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish activation goals and celebrate success.
• Deliver superior results with an exceptional customer experience.
• Supervise team members, resolve customer complaints, and ensure compliance with company policy.
• Accurately submit work schedules, track inventory, review timesheets, and meet personal sales goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; business degree preferred.
• Demonstrated long‑term excellent sales performance.
• Proven record of successful management and leadership.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment and work flexible weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong time‑management skills.

• Base salary $75,000–$85,000 with performance bonus; top performers can earn over $100,000.
