Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate – The Parks Mall at Arlington, Arlington, TX 76015

Assume the role of a NECOA Retail Sales Associate, driving in‑store sales and creating engaging experiences around NECOA’s water purification products in the mall retail storefront.

• Sell products and services in the retail store, kiosk, or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals.
• Welcome customers, offer assistance, and guide them to displays.
• Assess needs and suggest products that fit those needs.
• Provide product information and help customers build confidence in selections.
• Accurately document and report sales and competitive insights.
• Keep the workstation/kiosk clean, organized, and presentable.
• Submit all required paperwork completely and accurately to Retail Operations.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Spanish language proficiency – read, write, and speak.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Outgoing, tech‑savvy, and eager to learn.

• $18–$20 per hour base pay, paid weekly.
• Monthly sales bonuses.
• Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
• Paid training completed online.
