We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who loves building relationships, helping customers find the right vehicle, and driving sales through trust and genuine care. • Greet and engage customers, building rapport and understanding their vehicle needs.
• Guide customers through the car-buying process with a consultative, no-pressure approach.
• Conduct test drives and highlight key vehicle features to enhance the buying experience.
• Stay informed about inventory, financing options, and promotions.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to build lasting relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and financing to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and professional showroom and lot environment.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-tier customer service.

• Previous experience in automotive sales (preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person!).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needs.
• Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus).
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a huge plus!
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
