The F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) supports development, acquisition, fielding, modernization, and sustainment of the F-35 joint strike fighter. The F-35 JPO Security Directorate provides full spectrum, multi-disciplined security support to protect F‑35 technology and information across its enterprise and throughout the acquisition and sustainment lifecycle.

The role of the Security Specialist‑PHYSEC is to support the management of physical security, to include active and passive measures, designed to prevent unauthorized access to personnel, equipment, installations, materials, and information; and to safeguard them against espionage, sabotage, terrorism, damage, and criminal activity. Areas also include visitor control support and secure facility construction support.

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred
• 10+ years experience in the physical security arena, managing secure classified property
• Physical Security Certification (PSC) within one year of hire
• TS with SCI eligibility

Salary range: $111,155 – $150,385. Compensation is based on experience, geographic location and contractual requirements and may fall outside of this range.
