MPO or CPO license (required)
The Traveling Pool Technician will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and repair of our company’s commercial pools across various locations in the DFW and Waco area. This position involves a broad range of tasks, including pool maintenance, pool and equipment repairs, water chemistry management, and more. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to our residents.

- Travel to various locations to maintain, upkeep, and repair commercial pools
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on pool equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with pool equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ensure pools are safe and clean for residents and guests
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents, prospects, and partners
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- MPO or CPO license (required)
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial pool maintenance or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to use pool maintenance equipment and tools safely
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to travel to various locations and work independently
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, and working in confined spaces.
- Ability to move tools and equipment as needed.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions as required by the job.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
