Electronic Security Project Coordinator

Overview

Leading Electronic Security Company has an immediate need for an Entry/Mid level Project Coordinator to work with existing clients. Ideally, we are looking for someone that is energetic and has 1-2++ years of customer service and project coordination experience for a commercial electronic security company. Word and Excel experience highly preferred. Must have a can-do attitude, be willing to learn, and be a team player.

General job duties follow:

• Ordering and tracking materials for projects.
• Assist with scheduling technicians and subcontractors.
• Support outside sales team on customer pricing and quotations.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers on project timelines and budgets.
• Generate and process invoices.
• Assist with budgeting and pricing of projects.
