Overview
Leading Electronic Security Company has an immediate need for an Entry/Mid level Project Coordinator to work with existing clients. Position offers a competitive base salary, excellent benefits, matching 401k, and the opportunity to grow professionally and financially. All applicants must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be willing to multi-task and wear several hats.
Ideally, we are looking for someone that is energetic and has 1-2++ years of customer service and project coordination experience for a commercial electronic security company. Word and Excel experience highly preferred. Must have a can-do attitude, be willing to learn, and be a team player.

General job duties follow:
- Ordering and tracking materials for projects.
- Assist with scheduling technicians and subcontractors.
- Support outside sales team on customer pricing and quotations.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers on project timelines and budgets.
- Generate and process invoices.
- Assist with budgeting and pricing of projects.
