Diagnose and perform preventive maintenance and repairs to powered industrial equipment and conveyor systems, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures such as lockout/tagout.;
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on building equipment, including air compressors, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.;
Inspect the work performed by the Maintenance team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and promptly, reprioritizing efforts as needed.;
Communicate regularly with Facilities Manager and Operations leaders/team members regarding the status of repair work and its impact on operations.;
Ensure clear shift handoffs and facilitate smooth transitions of work to the next shift.
