CNC Machine Service Field Technician

Role Description

This is a full‑time role for a CNC Machine Field Service Technician at Eagle Machine Sales & Service Inc. located in Arlington, Texas, with flexibility for some remote work. As a CNC Machine Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and supporting the CNC machines we sell. This includes conducting maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and repairing machinery. You will work closely with our customers to ensure their machines operate at maximum uptime.

Some of the work can be done remotely, but you must also be available on‑site in Arlington, Texas.

• Perform on‑site installations, repairs, and maintenance of industrial CNC machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure maximum uptime.
• Provide remote support and troubleshooting as needed.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Experience in servicing and repairing CNC machines.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of YCM CNC machinery (plus).
• Knowledge of Fanuc control systems (required).
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Proven experience in field service or a related technical field.
• Ability to detect and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Problem‑solving focus in customer interactions.
• Familiarity with industrial electrician practices.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours when necessary.
• Valid driver’s license.
