First Option Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Installation Technician to join their Arlington, TX team. This role involves overseeing the installation of cabling and telecommunications systems, including video surveillance and audio/visual setups. Candidates must have fiber pulling and blueprint reading experience, as well as a background in commercial projects. The position offers a pay rate of $24-$26/hour, based on experience, and operates Monday to Friday from 7:30AM to 4:30PM, with a 9AM start on Mondays.
