Whether you need carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, air duct cleaning, water or storm damage restoration, mold mitigation, or odor removal, we have the expertise and advanced techniques to deliver exceptional results.
Job SummaryAssist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of cleaning and restoration services.
Qualifications- High school diploma (or GED)
- Adequate math skills with the ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units
- Basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity
- 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e., stripping & waxing commercial space flooring, air duct cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning)
- Highly Desired Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
- Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)

- Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
- Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
- Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD)
- Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS)
- Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT)
- Effectively perform carpet & floor cleaning and restoration services the company offers (Opportunities exist to earn IICRC and State of Texas certifications and experience quickly).
- Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
- Inspect completed work.
- Complete the technician’s daily log.
- Complete work orders.
- Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
- Maintain inventory of related supplies.
- Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
- Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
The starting pay will be $20 to $24 hourly depending on experience. Additionally, there will be many opportunities for bonuses and merit increases as the company grows. Compensation levels will reflect the experience level of the technician. Hourly rate increases as experience and certifications are gained in water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos. Commissions and bonuses are possible on top of hourly rate.
