As a Roofing Installation Supervisor
, you will spearhead the successful execution of roofing projects
, ensuring each installation aligns with our high standards, meets customer expectations, and adheres to budget goals. You will guide and advise our installation partners and their crews daily, ensuring adherence to our management policies. • Oversee the installation process from scheduling through to final walkthrough.
• Manage subcontractor crews to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all contract obligations are met to maintain transparency with customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service as the main point of contact for homeowners.
• Control materials, labor, and expenses to maintain quality at the lowest possible cost.
• Guarantee timely payments and job completion, keeping projects under 60 days.

• Demonstrated leadership in installation, construction management, or a related field.
• Experience in home improvement installations; roofing is advantageous.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising on‑site construction personnel.
• Work hours typically range from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility required during busy seasons.
• A valid driver's license with a clean record is essential.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification, or a strong commitment to safety, is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification.
• Familiarity with Office 365, Salesforce, or similar CRM software is beneficial.
• Physical ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
