Kilgore Industries, one of the largest Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing subcontractors in the state of Texas is adding to the best team in the industry! We are seeking experienced Journeyman Plumbers who are looking to grow. The Journeyman is responsible for installing and maintaining plumbing systems and their associated components, and properly planning and laying out project work while completing projects in a safe and timely manner.

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
• Inspect plumbing systems and equipment to identify and diagnose problems
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to ensure that plumbing systems are installed correctly
• Communicate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide solutions
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with local and state plumbing codes
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used

• Prior relevant experience installing, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining commercial and / or industrial plumbing systems and their associated components
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Current valid Journeyman Plumber License
• OSHA 10 or ability to complete it within 60 days
