As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you will be responsible for professionally installing bath and shower systems in residential homes while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities- Complete bathroom remodeling projects efficiently, often within a single day
- Install acrylic bath and shower systems according to company standards
- Utilize carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction skills to ensure a quality installation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners
- Educate customers on the use and maintenance of their new bath systems
- Accurately complete job documentation, including photos and paperwork
- Maintain installation vehicles, tools, and inventory
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction
- Experience with bathroom remodeling or bath installations preferred
- Ability to accurately measure and cut materials using standard measuring tools
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
- Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
