Job Details

We seek a dedicated and experienced Traveling Field Technician to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting and challenging opportunity in a fast‑paced engineering environment where innovation and customer service are at the forefront.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair water meter systems and related equipment in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns professionally.

Prepare accurate and timely reports detailing work activities and equipment conditions.

Collaborate with the engineering team to develop, implement and improve installation and maintenance procedures.

Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated with industry trends.

Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Field Technician or similar in the engineering industry.

Proven experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting water meter systems.

Excellent technical skills with strong understanding of engineering principles.

Outstanding customer service skills and effective communication.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to identify and resolve issues.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.

Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
