The Residential Installation Lead is responsible for overseeing and executing the installation of HVAC systems in residential properties, ensuring all work complies with industry standards and local regulations. The lead will coordinate project schedules, manage resources efficiently, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the installation process.

Minimum Qualifications:

• EPA Certification for handling refrigerants.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple installation projects simultaneously.
