Perform preventive maintenance on equipment (boilers, chillers, electrical, etc.) and take readings;
Repair plumbing, electrical, and furniture; read blueprints and wiring diagrams;
Repair and program hotel electronic lock systems, televisions, lighting, and pumps;
Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with codes
