Picture your day:
You start with a quick walkthrough of the facility, listening for unusual noises and scanning dashboards for alerts. A conveyor sensor flag pops—within minutes you’re tracing the signal path, reading schematics, and getting production back to pace. Midday brings a scheduled PM on an air handler, then you team up with a colleague to wire in a new piece of equipment.
Before you head out, you document work completed, update parts usage, and leave the shop floor safer than you found it.
What you’ll handle
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and production equipment.
Inspect assets to catch issues early and confirm adherence to safety requirements.
Act fast on work orders and emergencies to reduce downtime.
Keep thorough maintenance logs, repair notes, and parts records.
Partner with teammates to streamline processes and boost uptime.
Help install and commission new machinery and systems.
Maintain a tidy, hazard-free workspace at all times.
What you bring
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a bonus.
Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician, mechanic, or similar craft role.
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Proven skill diagnosing and fixing mechanical problems.
Sharp troubleshooting mindset with strong attention to detail.
Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams.
Flexibility to support weekends and on-call coverage as needed.
