Job SummaryAn experienced electronic security installation technician is needed to join our fast‑growing, dynamic team.
Responsibilities- Physically installing field cabling and field equipment
- Some system programming
- Project activation and commissioning
- Travel may be required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience installing and maintaining electronic access control systems and IP‑Based video management systems
- Networking and IT knowledge
- Superior problem‑solving and communication skills
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with local electronic security codes and industry standards
- Understanding the ability to work safely in a chemical plant environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Access control system vendor certifications (Software House, Genetec, Pro Watch, Lenel, etc.)
- Video management system vendor certifications (Genetec, OnSSI, Max Pro, Milestone, etc.)
- Intrusion detection system vendor certifications (Senstar, Optellios, FFT, etc.)
- Experience in computer operating systems, network design and implementation
- TWIC cardholder
