Coffee Loving Service Technician
CCR Beverage Solutions – Arlington, Texas, United States
About this positionWe're not looking for someone who can pull a perfect shot. We're looking for someone who can figure out why the machine stopped pulling shots at all — and fix it. If you're handy, curious, and genuinely like coffee, keep reading.
Caffeinated Coffee Repairs services commercial espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water systems across the South-Central and Pacific Northwest United States. Our technicians work independently in the field, backed by a team that handles everything except the repair work. That part's on you.
What you'll be doing every dayTwo to three service calls at commercial coffee locations — cafes, hotels, hospitality accounts. The work includes:
- Measuring voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity with a multimeter
- Tracing faults through electrical and hydraulic diagrams
- Identifying thread types and outlet configurations, fabricating adapters as needed
- Taking apart and reassembling equipment carefully, with no corners cut
- Looking up part numbers in parts diagrams and machine documentation
- Writing service notes that are accurate, professional, and free of errors
- Keeping time and tickets organized in Service Titan, our dispatch platform
- Communicating repair findings to customers clearly and professionally
- Tasting coffee after each repair to verify the machine is calibrated correctly
You should already be comfortable with a multimeter and basic hand tools. Experience with home electrical work, plumbing repairs, or hands‑on projects is expected. You'll need a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, the ability to lift 75 lbs, a smartphone capable of running our required apps, and a secure address for parts deliveries via Fed Ex and UPS.
What we've built so you can do your job wellDispatch, scheduling, and back‑office administrative support are handled by a dedicated team. Inventory is tracked digitally and reordered automatically — though you'll assist with parts receiving and inventory counts. Basic vehicle confidence is part of the role too — handling a flat tire or bringing the vehicle in for scheduled maintenance. Once training is complete, you'll receive a company vehicle and start each day from home.
Whatwe expect at 30, 60, and 90 days
