Lead Technician

Job Details

Field Technician/cable install – DFW area

Immediate Start – Interviewing ASAP

Monday–Friday some Saturdays

Construction Site Work Setting

$20 to $24 per hour | Full-Time (40–50 hours/week)

Overtime as needed

2 to 5 years preferred.

Entry level considered for the right person

• Self‑motivated person capable of running a job on a construction site.
• Texas Driver's License
• Must pass drug and background check
• Have knowledge how to read and document plans
• Must be able to manage materials needed for job
• Must be able to lead at least one helper
• Must be able to coordinate with other trades

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working on ladders and lifts
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various conditions

• Infrastructure Installation:
  Install, route, and terminate copper cable, terminate, test, and troubleshoot end point devices
• Systems installation:
  Set up and configure low voltage systems. Intercom, Sound System, A/V, & Fire Alarm.
• Read/Follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project instructions
• Document, record keeping, and report job progress.
• Coordinate/work with other trades.
