Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Arlington, TX to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems across the apartment community. You will install new appliances as needed and ensure timely completion of resident service orders.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, HVAC knowledge, and strong communication skills. On-call availability and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required for this role.
