This field technician role focuses on hands‑on repair, diagnosis, and preventive maintenance of commercial espresso machines.

We look for a technician who takes responsibility seriously—handy, curious, and clear‑headed under pressure.
ResponsibilitiesYou'll run two to three service calls per day at commercial accounts and perform the following tasks:
- Use a multimeter to measure voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity
- Read electrical and hydraulic diagrams to isolate faults
- Identify outlet types, plumbing thread sizes, and build adapters when required
- Disassemble and reassemble components with precision and care
- Pull part numbers from diagrams and manufacturer documentation
- Write detailed, professional service notes with accurate findings—no errors, no slang
- Track time and manage digital tickets through Service Titan
- Walk customers through findings in clear, customer‑friendly language
- Taste coffee post‑repair to confirm machine performance
• Some experience with hands‑on repair work (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or general project work around the house) is required.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to lift 75 lbs, reliable smartphone, and a secure address for parts delivery are required.
• Knowledge of multimeter use before day one is necessary; formal credentials are not required.
You will work with a dedicated team that handles scheduling, dispatch, estimates, invoicing, and inventory management. Basic vehicle confidence—such as handling a flat tire and routine maintenance—is expected. After training you will receive a company vehicle and start each day from home.
