Rare Skills. Specialty Coffee. Real Career.

CCR Beverage Solutions, Arlington, Texas, specializes in keeping commercial coffee equipment running for cafes, hotels, and hospitality businesses across the South-Central and Pacific Northwest United States. This field technician role focuses on hands‑on repair, diagnosis, and preventive maintenance of commercial espresso machines.

About this position

Great coffee starts long before the first shot pulls.

We look for a technician who takes responsibility seriously—handy, curious, and clear‑headed under pressure.

Responsibilities

You'll run two to three service calls per day at commercial accounts and perform the following tasks:

  • Use a multimeter to measure voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity
  • Read electrical and hydraulic diagrams to isolate faults
  • Identify outlet types, plumbing thread sizes, and build adapters when required
  • Disassemble and reassemble components with precision and care
  • Pull part numbers from diagrams and manufacturer documentation
  • Write detailed, professional service notes with accurate findings—no errors, no slang
  • Track time and manage digital tickets through Service Titan
  • Walk customers through findings in clear, customer‑friendly language
  • Taste coffee post‑repair to confirm machine performance
Qualifications

• Some experience with hands‑on repair work (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or general project work around the house) is required.

• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to lift 75 lbs, reliable smartphone, and a secure address for parts delivery are required.

• Knowledge of multimeter use before day one is necessary; formal credentials are not required.

Support and Tools

You will work with a dedicated team that handles scheduling, dispatch, estimates, invoicing, and inventory management. Basic vehicle confidence—such as handling a flat tire and routine maintenance—is expected. After training you will receive a company vehicle and start each day from home.

Benefits and Compensation
  • $20–$25 per hour based on experience and certifications
  • Expected hours: 30–60 per week
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage available within 90 days
  • 401(k) with company match and paid time off
  • Company vehicle provided after training
  • Long‑term career development in a specialized, growing field
  • Military friendly and equal‑opportunity employer
