- Competitive pay with hourly + commission opportunities.
- $10/hour base pay.
- Earn $12 commission for every successful repair job completed.
- Extra earning potential through:
- $5 commission per screen protector sold.
- $25 commission per Home+ protection plan sold.
- High-performing technicians can earn the equivalent of $22+/hour.
- Weekly earning potential of $700+ based on performance.

- Travel to customer locations in a company-provided repair van.
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
- Provide professional, convenient in-home repair services.
- Educate customers on device protection options and support plans.
- Manage your daily schedule while delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Complete quality repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, customer service, or retail.
- Comfort working independently in the field.
- Basic knowledge of mobile devices, hardware, and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Great communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed.
